The Position
To directly supervise a team of Domestic Assistants to ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained in accordance with our contract and current legislative requirements.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working as a Domestic Assistant and ideally responsibility for supervising others
- Able to manage and get the best out of a team
- Proficient in maintaining the highest possible level of cleanliness and promoting this standard to your teams
- Good communication skills
- Able to observe all contractual and legislative obligations
- A suitable NVQ qualification would be an advantage
